Difficult to find results but looks like David and Fin have had a couple of results in the top 10 (1765). 114 entries and second day of racing today.

Typical continental Europe event - big website, no accurate up to date info. Results in the blog for yellow/blue group give exactly the same top 10 for races 2 and 3 so a bit suspicious. David & Fin also finished in the top 10 in race 3 red/green group (as well as yellow/blue) so they've been busy boys! Mike

Never a good sign when we have texted them and no reply! Dave Gibbons has had a similer reply! Yachts and Yachting now saying Netherlands had two bullets but still cannot see results. I knew Dave and Fin were good............but sailing in both groups takes some doing.............. edited by Craig on 02/07/2010 edited by Craig on 02/07/2010

Looks like another 10th for David and Fin in race 6, if only they could stay consistant...............more wind today which should suit both Brightlingsea boats, lots of black flags so best wait for results tonight or tomorrow!

David Conlon 02 July at 17:50
The whole fleet has been split into 2 flights so about 55 bats in each fleet and they change around every day. Yesterday wind was between 10 -15 knots. We got a 8, 9, 16 and 33 which we were quite pleased with. Today the wind was 15-20 knots. We got a 9, 10 and 14. However in the race we came 14th the wind had dropped off a bit and became very shifty, we were winning fr the whole first lap but then messed it up rather a lot on the last downwind. Qualifying is now over and top 25 go into gold fleet, hopefully we have done enough to make it. It is sooooooo nice and hot out here and a nice sea breeze comes in every day. Also when we measured our boat was 0.5kg underweight so had to put some lead in it. I will write again soon.
