BSC & CYC Cadet Laying Up Supper & Prize Giving Christmas Party

Brightlingsea Sailing Club and Colne Yacht Club Cadets are invited to the joint BSC/CYC Cadet Christmas Party and Prize Giving on Saturday 7 December from 6pm

Tickets cost £12 per person to include a free mocktail on arrival, two-course supper, games, quiz music & fun. Please advise on the booking form if you have any special dietary needs.

Timing
6pm Welcome drink
6.30pm 2-course supper (served from hatch)
7.15pm Prize giving, games, quiz & music
10.30pm Close/carriages

Menu
Main Course: Vegetable pasta bake, sausages & garlic bread (vegetarian option on all)
Pudding: Chocolate brownie & vanilla ice cream

Dress code: Smart party wear

IMPORTANT NOTE TO PARENTS: All parents/guardians are encouraged to remain on site during the evening but NB children under 10 years MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian who remains in the club for the duration of the event. You will be expected to be responsible for your own child. The bar will be open and adults are welcome to take drinks from the bar and relax in the Estuary Lounge upstairs while waiting for their children. Parents/guardians are also welcome to purchase meal tickets in advance and space for parents to eat will also be made available upstairs.
