The membership types and associated fees for 2026 are as follows:

Adult Individual Member - £194
Couple - £236
Adult (in full time education under 22 years of age) - £65
Affiliate (Social/Non Sailing) - £97
Affiliate (Social/Non Sailing) Couple - £118
Cadet - £65
Junior not within adult membership - £65
Junior within adult membership - £0
Cadet Night Parent/Guardian (temporary affiliate) £22
Senior - £97
Senior Couple - £118
Summer - One Person Boat - £117
Summer - Two Person Boat - £150
Honorary Life - £0
Special Life - £0

Please note that for new members joining the club after 1st August there is a 50% discount on membership. This discount does not apply to boats or other fees or the existing members who are renewing late.

The costs for boat parking spaces for Summer 2026 are as follows (covers 1 April to 31 December):

Dinghy over 12 feet - £139
Dinghy under 12 feet - £97
Catamaran - £174
Catamaran trailer - £68
Tender - £65

Dinghy Park

Before applying for a boat park space please carefully read the Conditions Of Dinghy Park Allocations & Use.

The costs for dinghy parking spaces for Winter 2025/26 are as follows (covers 1 January to 31 March):

Winter storage catamaran - £119
Winter storage two man boat - £92
Winter storage one man boat - £65

Harbour Dues (2025)

<3.9m No Charge
>4m to 4.99m - £26.45
>5m to 5.99m - £32.20
>6m to 6.99m - £38.53

Please note that the historic household discount for harbour dues has been abolished by Brightlingsea Harbour Commission and that dues must now be paid on all eligible boats.

Please also note that a exemption has been agreed with the Harbour on all boats used for youth development and training.
