BSC Laying Up Supper
Join us at Brightlingsea Sailing Club on Saturday 27 October 2018 for our Autumn Gold Laying up Supper & Prize-Giving to celebrate the close of a fantastic 130th Anniversary season and to honour our 2018 trophy winners.
The evening will open with a welcome drink at 6.30pm, followed by a delicious three course dinner created for us by the highly regarded Lexden Crown catering team. During dinner we will have some special entertainment for you and after the Prize Giving there will be dancing until late.
Tables are available for groups of 10-12 (please note that 12 is quite cozy) or individual tickets can be purchase.
You can book for a whole table using this form (but you will need your guest's menu selections) or you can ask your table guests to book individually quoting the name of the table host so we can group you together correctly.
Booking your tickets is a two part process.
1. Make your menu selections and give us your details, either by filling in our online booking form at https://goo.gl/forms/aIxM2CzMbpC09lki2 or by speaking with Commodore Fiona Brown at the club, or emailing her on commodore@sailbrightlingsea.com.
2. Pay for your tickets. Tickets cost £30 each plus £3.50 supplement if selecting the additional cheese plate. Tickets are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment can be made by:

Cheque made payable to Brightlingsea Sailing Club and delivered to the club (postal address is Brightlingsea Sailing Club, Oyster Tank Road, Brightlingsea, Essex, CO7 0BA) - please include a note of your name and how many tickets you have received with the cheque.
Credit Card payments can be accepted at the bar. Please ask the bar person taking your payment and note the name of the lead guest given on this form and the number of tickets you are paying for on their copy of the receipt.
Cash can be paid to Commodore Fiona Brown at the club.
