Rotary Club Open Evening - Members Welcome

BSC members are invited to attend this open evening, which includes a free buffet supper, to find out more about the work of our fantastic local Rotary Club.

Brightlingsea & District Rotary Club does a great deal to support local charities and community organisations through a variety of activities each year. Rotary events in 2018 include the Rotary Spring Quiz on 12 May, the annual Jog Walk Run on 9 September, the always popular Santa Sleigh visits to streets in the town and surrounding villages during December, the Welly Wanging competition at the Town Show, the annual fundraising Teddy Bear's Picnic, which this year is being run in partnership with the Porridge & Pens charity in June (date tbc shortly), and a Black Tie Casino Night which will also take place at BSC on Saturday 20 October.

The rotary club is seeking volunteers to assist with these events on the day and new club members to help with planning and organisation, so if you could spare a few hours and would like to support your local community why not pop along and find out more.
