Perhaps the most prestigious trophy that we present each year at the club is Bob's Bell, which was created to honour the late Bob Watts who quietly supported the club for many years handling a host of maintenance and premises projects and always being willing to turn to and help with what ever needed doing. Bob's Bell is presented to others who give selfless service to the club, working away behind the scenes to help make the club a better place for all of us.

Our 2019 recipient of Bob's Bell is Rose Winship who has been our Honorary General Secretary since 2012 and who supports the club day in day out, year round in a host of important ways. From picking up the post and handling incoming enquiries, to ensuring the AGM is run correctly and on time, via taking the minutes for our general committee and being an essential support system and sounding board for our officers and committee members, Rose has played a vital role in the club's success for all those years. She is a most deserving recipient of this very special award and we thank her for her incredible and ongoing support of the club.
