BSC AGM 2026 To Take Place On Easter Monday 6 April At 11.00

The Annual General Meeting of Brightlingsea Sailing Club will take place on Easter Monday 6 April 2026 at 11:00 in the clubhouse. All members are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting.
Volunteers to join the General Committee are sought. For further information or a discussion about how you could help, please speak to Honorary General Secretary Phil Rust (07867468771) or any member of the General Committee.
Officer and General Committee Member nomination forms are available from the Honorary General Secretary (Phil Rust). Completed Officer and General Committee Nomination Forms, Rule Change Proposals or Motions for the Meeting must be submitted to the Honorary General Secretary by 9 March 2026. Please note that only nominations, proposals and motions submitted by this date can be voted on at the AGM.
An updated edition of the Agenda incorporating details of the nominations, proposals and motions received, and with the previous minutes, etc, appended will be published on the club website by no later than 23 March 2026.

Notice of any Motion a member may wish to bring forward must be given in writing to the Honorary General Secretary at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting (Rule 10a)
Nominations for Officers and members of the General Committee, duly proposed and seconded, with the written consent of the nominee, must be given to the Honorary General Secretary at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting
