BSC Coffee Morning Fundraisers On Target - Autumn/Winter Programme Now Confirmed

The BSC Coffee Mornings, first introduced in 2024, have continued to be a great success this season and at the half way point the team has already raised £1,538.30 towards its £2,500 target for 2025. Huge thanks must go to all the volunteer members who create the delicious cakes and savouries that are served, to those who donate raffle prizes and help on the day, and of course to everyone who comes down and enjoys the events. But there's more to come this year and we can't wait to see you at one of our autumn/winter events. In addition there are lots of ways you can help so please think about what you might be able to contribute for the remaining events to help us maximise our fundraising for the club. We are in need of:

Raffle Prizes.
Unwanted gifts for our Christmas Regifting Table (see exciting info about this year's Christmas event below).
Home made cakes and savouries.
Helpers on the day for service, washing up, running the raffles, etc - we have a fab team and it's always great fun to be part of.
Attending and bringing your non-member friends and family down with you as your guests to enjoy a wonderful morning in the club - its the best coffee view in town!
If you are an artist or crafter take a table at our Christmas Craft Fair and Coffee Morning on 23 November to sell your goodies.

Saturday 4 October - Autumn Coffee Morning alongside the BSC Team Racing Series.

Sunday 23 November - Our special Christmas Coffee Morning & Craft Fair will feature a wonderful selection of craft stalls, the Big BSC Christmas Regifting Table, festive fun for the kids, Pink Parrot Pottery create your own Christmas decos and gifts, a visit from Santa to pick up letters from the children and lots more.

Thursday 27 November - The 2025 Christmas Wreath Making Evening. Join us for a fun evening making your festive wreath, with a glass of Prosecco, mince pies and excellent company. Once again the fabulous Donna of Flo's Flowers will be leading our creative endeavours and all the kit and foliage will be provided, but feel free to bring your own decorations or additional foliage. More details of how to book for this will follow shortly.
