BSC Partners With Active Essex Workplace Challenge For Two Courses In 2018

Following on from the success of our previous partnerships with Active Essex's Workplace Challenge programme, BSC will be hosting two Work Place Challenge courses in 2018.

As part of the Workplace Challenge initiative the RYA are offering businesses a programme of sailing activity culminating in a fun regatta competition.

Businesses are invited to put forward teams of three people to sign-up to a 6 week sailing programme. During these sessions experienced RYA Instructors will coach you to sail dinghies and develop basic sailing skills to the point where you can rig the boat, sail around and get back to shore with confidence.

In addition participants will be taught basic racing techniques to enable the teams to compete in a fun regatta event after the initial 6 sessions are complete. The regatta will be a fun event with the workplace sailing teams racing against one another, the winning team being crowned workplace challenge regatta champions.
