Reg White Cat Fest 2020 Cancelled

It is with sadness that we announce the cancellation of the Reg White Cat Fest 2020, which was to have taken place on 3 and 4 October. The decision on whether to proceed with the event or not had been left as long as possible in the hope that the Covid-19 situation would continue to improve, however, last night's announcement of changes to the law regarding numbers permitted to gather being reduced to 6 both inside and outside, and the tightening of the government's general advice in regard to slowing the spread of the virus meant that the Sailing Committee felt the only sensible course of action was to cancel.

We would like to thank all those cat sailors who had committed to attending this year's event. Your support of this much loved biennial cat sailing festival is hugely appreciated and we look forward to welcoming you to the next edition of the Reg White Cat Fest in October 2022.
