BSC AGM To Take Place On Monday 13 April at 11.00

The 2020 Brightlingsea Sailing Club Annual General Meeting will take place in the clubhouse on Easter Monday 13th April at 11.00 and will be followed by the Commodore's Reception. All members are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting (note only Full members have voting rights).
Nominations are now open for General Committee and Officer roles and nomination forms can be obtained from BSC Honorary General Secretary Rose Winship at hongensecretary@sailbrightlingsea.com. The deadline for receipt of nominations, submissions and proposals to the Honorary General Secretary for the AGM is Monday 16th March 2020. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Notice of any Motion a member may wish to bring forward must be given in writing to the Honorary General Secretary at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting (Rule 10a)
Nominations for Officers and members of the General Committee, duly proposed and seconded, with the written consent of the nominee, must be given to the Honorary General Secretary at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting
